returning an item
We'll happily accept any full price item for a refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Any returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations.
All sale, gift cards, custom inseams, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

exchanging an item
We are happy to offer free exchanges on all Rufcut Jeans goods. Due to the limited nature of our products, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your desired exchange.
Once we receive the item, we'll send the new one your way, along with a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. we will email you a prepaid, printable return shipping label so you can quickly and easily mail the item you wish to exchange back to us for free.
In order for an item to be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations.

Please allow 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. When your item is received, we'll credit the card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling.
Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn, and damaged items, or any item returned after 30 days from original delivery.
Rufcut Jeans will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
